  • Leasing activity experienced a slowdown in the fourth quarter compared to the rest of 2022, but the year’s total leasing volume saw a slight uptick from 2021.
  • Rents continue to climb, closing the year with 5.0% annual growth with Midtown reaching $45.47 psf.
