JLL, in partnership with Bank of America, has launched an electronic virtual credit card (V-Card) program to facilitate automated invoice-driven payments to our suppliers. We are aggressively moving to eliminate the printing and mailing of paper checks within the next ninety (90) days. Please note that interchange fees may apply for credit card transactions as per your merchant/banking agreement. JLL recommends that suppliers consult with their bank to ensure understanding of their specific fee structure.
How it works - two options:
- Dedicated Card Account – your company is issued a 16-digit V-Card account number and keeps this information on file.
- Secure Email Delivery – if your company does not wish to house the 16-digit V-Card account number; instead, you will leverage a secure email process to access the account number with each payment received.
How to enroll
Please have an authorized company representative complete the following form. Once enrolled, for all future payments you will receive an automated remittance notification email alerting you of the amount and other pertinent details of the transaction.
