Black Rifle Coffee Company (BRCC) needed assistance creating a data driven deployment strategy. While BRCC had no real stores, they had a significant amount of e-commerce data.
T-Mobile
Facing maturation of the US wireless industry retail category, T-Mobile USA was seeking a research-based strategy for site selection and required a robust set of predictive tools to evaluate the potential of new locations.

Microsoft
JLL successfully terminated all 79 North American Microsoft Store locations in June 2020.
Advantage Solutions
JLL helped Advantage Solutions achieve savings of $42,662,000 through 3 lease restructures and 27 terminations.
Taco Bueno
JLL helped Taco Bueno successfully navigate and emerge from Chapter 11 reorganization, achieving $72 million in Rent Savings and $9.5 million in Landlord Capital Contributions
Walgreens
JLL helped Walgreens achieve savings of over $871,619,745 through 507 lease restructures, 109 subleases, 82 lease terminations, 29 sales, and 73 tenant improvement allowance contributions.
Lease Renewal Management
Advance Auto Parts
JLL was hired by Advance Auto Parts following the Carquest acquisition in 2018 to provide several real estate services.
Regis Corporation
JLL managed hair salon operator Regis’s USA and Canada retail portfolio from 2011-2019.
FedEx Office
JLL was hired by FedEx in 2010 to manage a portion of their retail portfolio to reduce occupancy costs and improve lease language.
Walgreens
Following acquisition of approx. 1,900 new stores from Rite-Aid, Walgreens had a portfolio of nearly 10,000 retail locations and was seeking assistance from a real estate service provider.
